A Documentary About ’90s Supermodels is Coming to Apple TV+

Christy. Naomi. Linda. Cindy. These names are iconic, so no wonder there’s a documentary about them in the works. Pioneer models are the subjects of an upcoming Apple TV + docu-series that will revisit their modeling careers and the disruption of the ’90s fashion scene.

Titled The models, the series will feature exclusive interviews with Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, Linda Evangelista and Christy Turlington, and will be directed by two-time Oscar winner Barbara Kopple. The four models will also be the executive production of the series, which is taken from the documentaries Imagine Documentaries by Brian Grazer and Ron Howard.

News from the Top models Docuseries comes after Apple TV + announced an upcoming documentary on Billie Eilish, due for release in February 2021. A release date for The models hasn’t been announced yet, so check out this space for more details.
