SSENSE Partners With Petra Collins For Her First Fashion Collection
Canadian artist Petra Collins has partnered with Canadian luxury retailer SSENSE for a fashion capsule collection called I am sorry. Describing the driving force behind the collection, Collins said in a statement, “I desperately wanted to create clothes that I would wear or photograph. I love to look at clothes as costumes. Think about what your look brings to your character in your movie – the movie of your life. The playful 12-piece collection includes matching lingerie and pajama sets, hoodies, dresses, jumpsuits and custom graphics from anime artist Miigo. Collins turned the entire campaign on itself. and her friends, Kiko Mizuhara, Ama Elsesser and Severine Santos Ranging from $ 90 to $ 395, the collection is available exclusively on SSENSE.

September marks the 35th anniversary of Club Monaco. The now international brand started its journey in Toronto with a base of clean, cool styling and sophisticated basics in 1985. A black and white anniversary campaign showcases the hero products the brand started with and reinvented for 2020, like the black turtleneck, white T-shirt and white cotton button fastening. “Many of these styles were part of Club Monaco’s very first collection and we look forward to bringing them into the future with a focus on sustainable practices and materials, such as responsible wool and responsible silk, and the recycled cashmere, ”said Creative Director Richard Chai.
