Wholemeal biscuits with coconut perfume

Delicious quick and easy to make cookies. To be savored for Breakfast or at tea time.

Inside a sieved container 240gr of wholemeal flour with 30gr of coconut flour and mix. Add 80gr of raw cane sugar, 80gr of coconut oil in the solid state and work until a soft compound is obtained.

Add an egg and a pinch of salt. Continue to work until you have a homogeneous pastry.

Let it rest in the fridge for 20 minutes. Once the dough is compact, roll out the pastry and with the help of the molds give the biscuits the shape you want. Arrange them on baking paper and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Bake them in 180 ° for about 20 minutes.
