The news was released like this, without any preamble, without any rhetoric. The Armani Group has decided to convert all its Italian production plants into the production of disposable gowns intended for the individual protection of health workers engaged in dealing with Coronavirus.

A choice that literally has heroic, if heroes are called those who, in any case, struggle with everything they have at their disposal. This decision, which suddenly puts production in total stand-by to go to support the fight against covid-19, is the second initiative put in place by Giorgio Armani and the Armani Group after the donation of one million euros for the Protection Civil and hospital Luigi Sacco, San Raffaele, Institute of Tumors in Milan and Spallanzani in Rome.
A donation that the group doubles today by going to support the Bergamo, Piacenza and Versilia hospitals, thus reaching a total donation of 2 million euros.
