Coronavirus: the new protective visors
With the global spread of coronavirus, the most enlightened companies are launching in the production of new protection tools, like the last ones full-face shields designed by Adidas and Nike, which join the many fashion brands that converted their productions to anti-COVID-19 masks.
Designed by team collaboration Nike with Oregon Health & Science University, the brand’s new face shields are made with an ideal antibacterial lens for medical personnel. The padded band has been constructed with the material generally used in the soles of Nike Air sneakers.
Protective visors Adidas, have been 3D printed by Carbon, a company that already collaborated with the brand for its Alphaedge sneakers. The same material used for the shoes was modeled to form the supporting structure of the new face shields intended, primarily, for medical use.
