Coronavirus: William could lead the helicopter rescue

Difficult times like those in the crown require courageous gestures. From everybody. And so Prince William seems to have serious intentions to return to the front line against the coronavirus and resume his helicopter pilot license. The Duke of Cambridge had in fact already served as an air ambulance pilot between 2014 and 2017 with a specialization in the rescue of road accidents and now he would seem willing to personally help the medical rescue forces against the epidemic.

This was revealed by the British press that reports of a desire expressed by the Duke himself during his visit, with Kate, to the first aid unit of the British National Health Service. A desire that however met the Queen’s veto in person. Elizabeth II, who served in the army during the Second World War, would have underlined how the importance of a young and strong figure is too precious for the English monarchy in these difficult times both for the country and for the Crown itself.
