What made you want to create Love Only Sweaters?
My spring collection speaks of positivity and optimism. This sweater reminds us that we can only win globally if we erase hatred and focus on inclusion. It is important to remember that this affects us all.
Erase hatred and spread love. How to do it in everyday life?
Do we have to fight for the things we believe in, be able to put ourselves in the shoes of others, who is different from us, and ask ourselves, “How would I like to be treated”?
What is the secret of optimism? Can you be optimistic even in these difficult times?
I am an eternal optimist and a proponent of positivity. And I think in the end it is about having the strength and confidence to roll up our sleeves and try to make a difference in the world around us.
How do you manage to recover after a difficult period?
I never look back. I keep looking forward, it’s the only thing to do.
How do you transfer your optimism to your collections?
The Michael Kors Collection spring summer 2020 speaks of renewal and optimism, they are garments that make you feel strong and confident. The designs and decorations, from stars and stripes to polka dots, give charm to the collection and immediately put you in a good mood, the silhouettes are the right balance between romanticism and tailoring approach.

Your Love Only Sweaters also send a message of equality and inclusion. What is the first memory that the word “equality” brings to mind?
I grew up in a family of strong women with strong opinions, so I think the concept of equality has always been in my thoughts, even if I didn’t realize it at the time.
If you had to choose a person to give your Love Only Sweater to, who would it be?
I don’t know if I would choose only one, I think it is a warning that at the moment can be useful to everyone.
