The first day started * very * strong.
The shows ended in Milan for the spring 2021 season and now the urban style ensemble has moved to Paris for the final fashion week shows. Just like in previous weeks, Paris Fashion Week will see a mix of physical and digital presentations over the coming days.
Dior kicked things off in the French capital today, showing off a vast collection of 86 pieces at the Tuileries Garden – many of which were suited to Zoom’s appeal. On the following days, Kenzo, Chloé, Hermès and Louis Vuitton will also present physical performances to socially distant guests, while others like Mugler, Elie Saab and Miu Miu have chosen to go digital this season.
Despite a busy schedule in Milan, the street style ensemble shows no signs of fashion fatigue, offering plenty of gram-worthy looks on day one alone. Neutral and monochrome color blocks are the main trends of the season, as are on-trend coats, especially those with eye-catching sleeves. Plaid also starts off strong as the print of choice for the pack. Scroll through the gallery below to see the best street style looks from Paris Fashion Week Spring 2021 to date:
